Each of JC’s interventions unfolds into 2 stages:

Stage 1: Diagnostic

Grounded in science, the 9 planetary boundaries and the “12742 syndrome” (named after Earth’s diameter in kilometers that illustrates its finitude), this phase sets the stage with a clear-eyed look at the state of our world. No guilt. No dooming. Just facts to get convinced for a new way of relating to the earth.

Depending on the audience’s familiarity with the topic, this segment takes up a third of the whole session.

Stage 2: Solutions & Desirable Futures

The focus then shifts to action — exploring regenerative, sector-specific pathways forward. These solutions are tailored to the client’s context and framed through the lens of possibility. Collective intelligence and interaction are always invited in a pedagogic, dynamic and joyfull search for Desirable Futures.

Keynote Conference (Approx. 1 hour)

A high-energy, thought-provoking talk that blends science, storytelling, and systems thinking to reframe the ecological and social crisis as a gateway to transformation. Ideal for conferences, leadership events, and organizational kickoffs.

Collaborative Workshop (Half-day or Full-day)

An immersive, participatory session that invites teams to analyze the impacts of the ecological and social transition — both positive and negative — and co-create visions of desirable futures. Each workshop can be customized to emphasize one or more of the following thematic lenses:
